Unlike a typical photo booth, we offer on-site photo editing and same-day electronic delivery of polished images—an unforgettable keepsake that brings a touch of Hollywood glamour to your celebration.

Do you have props?

We don’t use props or signs in our sessions, as our goal is to create timeless, sophisticated portraits that feel elegant and upscale. Unlike traditional photo booths with cheesy props, The Portrait Parlor Pop-Up focuses on capturing each guest’s natural beauty and personality in a glamorous, magazine-style setting. Our custom set and professional lighting are designed to provide a polished, high-end look that brings out the best in every guest—no gimmicks needed!

Can’t my wedding photographer just shoot these portraits?

While your wedding photographer will be busy capturing the important moments and overall atmosphere of your event, The Portrait Parlor Pop-Up offers a dedicated portrait experience designed to make your guests feel like celebrities. Our professional photographer focuses exclusively on creating stunning, magazine-quality portraits with a custom set and specialized lighting—elements that go beyond traditional wedding photography. This allows your wedding photographer to focus on documenting the event, while we provide an unforgettable, high-end portrait experience that adds a unique touch to your celebration.

How much space do you need to set up The Portrait Parlor Pop-up?

Ideally, we would love a 15ft. x 15ft. space. 

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured.  Our Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request.

What will my guests receive?

Your guests will receive digital copies of their finished, professionally edited portraits, delivered directly to them on the same day via email or text. These high-quality images are ready to be shared instantly, providing each guest with a glamorous keepsake from your event that they’ll cherish long after the celebration ends.

Will I get copies of the images too?

Yes, as the host, you’ll receive a downloadable gallery of all the finished portraits taken during your event. This exclusive gallery allows you to view and keep every glamorous image from the session, so you have a complete collection of these special moments shared with your guests.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book The Portrait Parlor Pop-Up up to 18 months in advance. Securing your date early ensures availability and allows us ample time to plan the perfect portrait experience for your event.
